Project evaluation
Send us your drawings or concept. We assess technical feasibility and provide a first price indication within 10 working days. Free of charge and without obligation.

Fixed price quotation
Prices are locked in at contract signing — no escalation clauses and no hidden costs.
- 03
Engineering & production
Production drawings are prepared and your project enters CNC manufacturing. You receive progress updates throughout production.
- 04
Logistics & delivery
Panels are loaded in assembly order and delivered on schedule (approx. 4 days to the Netherlands).
- 05
On-site assembly
The ZTC team assembles the structural shell. The building is weathertight within days (3–5 days per storey).
- 06
Handover & documentation
As-built drawings, CE certification, warranty certificate (3-year warranty, extendable to 5 years) and the results of the airtightness test.
