What data we process
When you use the contact form, we process the details you enter yourself: your name, email address, phone number and any drawings or documents you attach. The form opens your own email client; your message reaches us directly. We use this data solely to assess and respond to your enquiry, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
Functional (always active). We store your cookie choice locally in your browser (via localStorage). This is not a tracking cookie and is not shared with anyone; it only prevents this notice from reappearing on every visit.
External / marketing (only after consent). On the homepage we show video previews from YouTube. These load only after you click «Accept». YouTube (Google) may then place cookies; see Google's privacy policy. If you click a video, you open YouTube in a new tab, where YouTube's own terms apply.
Statistics (only after consent). After you click «Accept», we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as pages visited and where visits come from. Google places cookies for this (including _ga). Without consent, Google Analytics does not load. See Google’s privacy policy.
We do not use advertising or social-media tracking cookies.
Changing your consent
You can change your choice at any time via the «Cookie settings» link at the bottom of every page. This brings up the cookie notice again so you can accept or reject anew.
Retention
We keep email correspondence and enquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and carry out any resulting project, and no longer than is legally required or reasonable.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to object to its processing. Send your request to theo@ztcprefab.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We may update this statement from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates the most recent change.
