The project
ZTC panels were manufactured from vapor barrier to wind insulation board, which used cement fiber boards. In the factory, aluminum frame windows supplied by the customer were installed in non-standard height panels (3.3m).
Before starting production, a demo panel was created and installed on the construction site to test the compliance and compatibility of all solutions.
What ZTC delivered
- Engineering and production drawings in SEMA, coordinated with the client's construction team
- CNC production of walls, floors and roof at ±1 mm (Hundegger)
- Transport in assembly order and assembly by ZTC's own crews
- Weathertight handover with CE documentation
Foundation, groundwork and interior finishing fall outside the ZTC scope.
